You may mail, e-mail, or deliver completed forms to the school during school hours or send forms back with your student when they return on August 21st. UPDATE TCHS VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS: Anyone interested in playing high school girls volleyball, tryouts will be August 5th at Tyler Consolidated High School from 4- 6:30 pm. Physical and completed insurance form required to participate in tryouts. Students will need to park in the circle and enter the building through the high school stairs to get to the gym. This form must be completed, submitted, and approved by Mr. Morris before painting. You may email the form or deliver it to school for approval.
