The water is being turned back on now (9:36am). Students will be able to use the restroom. We will provide additional water to students to drink throughout the day.

Harmony Mental Health and Westbrook Behavioral Health will be at Tyler Consolidated on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 10:30 to 2:30 in the Student Success. If you are unable to come to the school you can call 304-758-8306 to contact the school social worker to request referral information.
For those who can not make it the Westbrook Crisis line is 304-485-1725. Also, 988 is the National Suicide Crisis Lifeline. Call/Text/Chat for any mental health emergencies.
Together as a school and community, we can help our students through this difficult time. Last week, we asked students to take time to consider if their words, thoughts, and and actions are helpful or hurtful before they speak and act. As a community, please also consider if your thoughts, words, and actions are helpful or hurtful because it is especially important for our students to see positivity. Kids learn from our words and actions how to overcome adversity now and in the future.
Please be part of the solution, not the problem.
The attached mental health resources were used with students last week, and we are sharing them with the public so these resources can continue to be used with those who need it.

This morning Tyler County Schools were informed of the passing of a student at Tyler Consolidated Middle School. Tyler County Schools have extra counselors and staff on hand to talk and comfort students in this difficult time. Please keep Tyler County Schools in your thoughts and prayers along with family of this student. Hug your kids and family members and tell them you love them.
